Wash: Machine wash cold inside out with like colors (Gentle cycle recommended).
Note: Air drying is recommended. High-heat tumble drying may alter the hand-painted details and printed texture over time.

Every piece at VOAXX is individually made to order and finished by hand in our studio.
Due to the artisanal nature of our production model:
Artisanal Variations: Subtle variations in paint splatters, brushstrokes, and garment distressing are intentional marks of studio craftsmanship (1-of-1) and do not qualify as defects.
Studio Hand-Finished: Painted individually after your order is placed — not mass-produced in a factory.
1-of-1 Original: Natural variations in paint splatters make every single garment unique.
Defects & Order Issues If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
Please contact us at junp27@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Unworn, unwashed items with original tags intact will be eligible for a replacement or store credit upon review.
Cancellations Order cancellations or modifications are only accepted within 24 hours of placing your order, before hand-crafting begins.
